Add a Pro account to a Personal account from the Mobile Application

Create a personal account

1. Download Wecan Connect Mobile App from App Store (Apple) or Play Store (Android).
2. Open Wecan Connect App.
3. Tap Create a personal account.

4. Tick "I accept Wecan Connect Terms of Use".
5. Tap Get started.

6. Enter your phone number.
7. Tap Next.

8.Enter the verification code you have just received.
You did not receive the code? Press on Resend SMS button.
9. Tap Submit.

10. Choose a Display name.
Optional: set a profile picture.
11. Tap Continue.

12. Tap Authorise to use biometric authentication.
13. Tap Authorise to give access to your phone contacts.

Add a Pro account to a Personal account from the Mobile Application

Are you using Wecan Connect for your personal use, and would like to join your company's account?

Follow these steps to synchronise your personal and business accounts:   

1. Tap Settings from the bottom menu.
2. Tap Join a Company.

3. Complete the following information:

• Workspace name
• Email
• Password

4. Tap Join company button.

5. Wait for the synchronisation to finish. This may take a few seconds.

6. Your Pro account is now accessible from your mobile.
