      How to activate a user from an external compliance firm

      Activate a user from a external compliance firm such as Berclaz in a few simple steps

      It is Wecan which is granting access to a user from a external compliance firm to your account. To make sure that you agree with this new access, you need to activate the new user(s).

      You need to be an admin to perform the activation

      Step 1: Click on Settings

      Step 2: Click on Users (from the Vault)

      ⚠️ Click on the second user menu, the one link to you vault, and not your account.

      Step 3: Click on Activate user
