How to delete data on Wecan Comply?

Open a Sub-Vault, a Version or a Form > open the 3 dot menu > delete

Warning: All data deletions are permanent. There is no ‘bin’ to recover your data.

The delete function is only accessible to admins.

Below is the list of items that can be deleted in Wecan Comply:

If you delete: it will also delete results
A Sub-vault Version and Form link to this Sub-vault Erase all data link to this Sub-vault
A Version Form link to this Version Data still present in the linked Sub-vault but not in the Version
A Form n/a Data still present in the linked Sub-vault and Version

 

Where to find the delete feature?

The delete function can be found in the "3 dot menu" of your Sub-vaults, Versions and Forms menu.

 

How to delete a received Form?

If you delete a received Form, the Relation will also need to delete the Form and will receive a new Task to do so.

Deletion request task: Go to Tasks > Find a "Delete Form" task and click on "Complete task" > open the 3 dot menu > click on Delete
