Add users to Wecan Connect

Users can be added to Wecan Connect from Wecan Admin, to enable centralised management of all your users across the different products in the Wecan Suite.

How to access Wecan Admin:

1. Click on Settings, in the top menu.
2. Click on Users, in the left menu.
3. Click in the sentence at the top right on "Use Wecan Admin to add users".

 

Define a user as administrator on Wecan Connect

1. Open the product menu, in the top menu.
2. Click on Wecan Admin.
3. Click on Users, in the left menu.
4. Click on a User from the list.
5. In the Administrator section of the right sidebar, click on the toggle to give administrator rights.

 

Block a user

1. Open the product menu, in the top menu.
2. Click on Wecan Admin.
3. Click on Users, in the left menu.
4. Click on a User from the list.
5. At the bottom of the right sidebar, click on Block.

 

Renew user password

1. Open the product menu (9 dots icon), in the top menu.
2. Click on Wecan Admin.
3. Click on Users, in the left menu.
4. Click on a User from the list.
5. In the Administrator section of the right sidebar, click on Reset password.

 

 

Resend invitation link

1. Open the product menu, in the top menu.
2. Click on Wecan Admin.
3. Click on Users, in the left menu.
4. Click on a User from the list with a Pending invitation status.
5. In the Administrator section of the right sidebar, click on Send invitation link.
