What is the Main Vault used for?
The Main Vault stores all data linked to a company. All data placed in the Main Vault are pre-filled from Versions.
Editing the Main Vault
1. Go to Vaults.
2. Select the Main Vault.
3. Search and edit an Item.
4. Click on Save.
Tip: Use the Locations panel to check where the item is present. Please note that changes made to your Main Vault are not automatically sent to Relations to whom you have shared Forms.
Add and select additional answers to a question
You can add extra answers to a question to make it easier for you to complete Forms.
Add an additional answer:
1. Go to Vaults.
2. Select the Main Vault.
3. Click on Add answer.
4. Fill the new answer.
5. Click on Save.
Tip: Define your main answer by clicking on the star icon to the right of the question name.
Choose an additional response in a Version:
1. Go to a Form Collection.
2. Click on Version tab.
3. Click on Fill & Share tab (this is the default page).
4. Open a Version.
5. Click on a question to select it.
6. Open the right sidebar and go to the Switch answer menu.
7. Select an additional answer.
8. Click on Swap.
Check the location of data in the various forms
You can check the location of data to find out quickly in which Versions and Forms the data is located.
1. Go to Vaults.
2. Click on any Vault to open it.
3. Click on a question to select it
4. In the right sidebar, go to the Location menu.
5. Click on a Form to open it.
