What is the Watchtower for?
The Watchtower serves as the central hub for the Wecan Comply platform, acting as the starting point for all your key actions. It provides a comprehensive overview, allowing you to quickly analyze all pending elements and tasks that require your attention.There is 4 main categories: Declined (1), Pending (2), Tasks to be completed (3) and Compliance breach (4).
Tip: You want to focus on a specific Relation? Access to his dedicated Watchtower: click on All Relations → select any Relation → click on Watchtower
Declined
This category gives you quick access to declined Versions and Forms.
Declined sub-categories:

Internal Declined Versions: access the list of all your Versions that have been declined internally.
- External Declined Forms: access the list of Forms received from your Relations that you have declined.
Pending
This category groups the pending elements that you need to process in order to finalise the sharing of your Forms.
Pending sub-categories:

Internal validation: access all the Forms that require internal validation before being shared with your Relations.

Pending share: access all the Forms that are ready to be shared with your Relations.
Tasks to be completed
In this category you will find all the data that is due to expire.
Tasks sub-categories:

To do: access the list of Tasks assigned to you or your team (if you are an administrator).

To acknowledge: access the list of items you need to acknowledge, such as the archiving of a Relation form.
Compliance Breach
This category contains all the most critical data to be processed, corresponding to due dates. Click on a data item to access and update it.
Tip: use the filter to display either your Compliance Breach or the Compliance Breaches of your Relations.
