What is the difference between a Pro and Personal account?

Pro account data is owned by companies. Personal account data is owned by individuals.

  • Messages from companies are auditable, thanks to blockchain technology.
  • Company users log in using their email, while personal users use their phone numbers.
  • Company users have a verified blue checkmark by their name since they are onboarded by their respective companies. Personal users do not have this checkmark.
  • The data of company users is stored on their phones and backed up in the company's dedicated environment. Personal users' data, on the other hand, is stored only on their phones.
  • Company users can access a web application in addition to their mobile app.
  • To ensure business availability and continuity, company users can share an account with multiple users. Personal users, however, cannot share their accounts.
  • Company users can create groups (referred to as 'circles') that are managed by the company, and they can also create public circles for visibility.
  • Contact management for company users is handled by the company. Personal users manage their own contacts.
