What is the difference between a Template, a Version and a Form?
Forms are managed via Versions, which in turn are managed via Templates.
- A template is an empty Form (only questions without answers), from which you can add questions and deselect questions if you don't want them to be available in your Vault. These customisation options are only available to companies that request or receive a Form, not to those that share them.
- A version is created based on a Template. This is the Version in which you can answer the questions. You can then create Forms based on this Version. Only these Forms can be shared. Answers to questions can only be edited from a Version, or from the Vaults menu.
- A form is therefore a Version to which the relation personalisation has been added, i.e. questions added by the relation, but also questions that the relation does not wish to receive.
