What is a Group?
Groups allow you to efficiently feed your different validation workflows. This reinforces the continuity of your business because any user in a Group can validate. Group names are passed on to your contacts during validation, so we advise you to use a clear nomenclature that reflects your internal organisation.

Creating and updating Groups
Creating a Group:
1. Click on Settings, in the top menu.
2. In the Vault Settings section, select a Vault then click on the Groups menu.
3. Click on Add group button.
4. Choose a Group name.
5. Click on Users to add them to the group.
6. Click on Add button.
Note: the name of the group will be sent to your relations when you validate it.
Updating a group:
1. Click on Settings, in the top menu.
2. In the Vault Settings section, select a Vault then click on the Groups menu.
3. Click on a Group from the list.
4. Update Group.
5. Click on Update button.
Caution: you cannot delete Groups.
